You are solely responsible for the files you upload and for ensuring you have the legal right to remove the password from any document you process. You confirm that you own the document or are otherwise authorized to unlock it, and that you know the correct password. PDF Unlock Pro is not a password cracker or bypass tool — it removes a password only after you have supplied the correct one.

2. Copyright & intellectual property

You must not use the Service to infringe anyone's copyright or other intellectual property rights. Removing protection from documents you do not own or are not authorized to modify may be illegal. You agree to use the Service only with content you have the right to use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and only for legitimate purposes, such as removing the password from your own documents for personal or business use. You must not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the Service.

4. Prohibited activities

• Uploading documents you do not own or are not authorized to unlock.
• Attempting to bypass protections without the correct password.
• Uploading malware, illegal content or content that violates others' rights.
• Using automated systems to abuse, scrape or overload the Service.
• Interfering with the security or normal operation of the Service.

5. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDF Unlock Pro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. You use the Service at your own risk. We recommend keeping a copy of your original files.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your files and data. Files are processed securely and deleted automatically after processing.
